Business Computing International – BCI

This is a comprehensive contract where BCI will replace all parts on Computers and Printers that are deemed faulty. Depending on the size of the contract, BCI also provides on – site full time Resident Engineers whom report to the customer’s premises on a 9 – 5 basis to handle all complaints. On – site back up Servers, PC’s and Printers are also provided to minimize the turn around time for the customer. Asset management for all Computers, Printers as well as software is supported/updated by BCI’s engineers. Servicing of equipment is also provided three times a year as well as monthly call logging reports.

Maintenance contract with labor included and parts to be billed for:

Under this contract all calls are attended free of cost, where as any parts that need to be replaced are billed for accordingly. Again depending on the size of the contract and the Customer’s needs, BCI also provides on – site full time Resident Engineers whom report to the customer’s premises on a 9 – 5 basis to handle all complaints. Servicing of equipment is also provided once a year as well as monthly call logging reports.

Maintenance contract on an On – Call

When the customer requires On – site support, BCI’s Field Engineers will solve all calls. Under this contract, all calls are logged into BCI’s website/office and within two hours a Field Engineer is deputed to solve any complaint. Rates range from Rs. 400 for the first hour to Rs. 200 for additional hours. Frequency of calls result in better rates, however back up equipment and servicing of equipment is not included in such a contract. Any faulty equipment is taken to our work shop for repairs and upon an estimate for repairs, the equipment is repaired.

Maintenance contract with a Resident Engineer:

This type of a contract is referred to by customers as ” Out Sourcing of their IT Department “. BCI’s trained and qualified staff handles all of the customers daily issues and report directly to the customers premises for the duration of the contract. All network, pc, printer and software complaints are resolved by our engineers. Weekly reports are also provided to the customer as well as guidance on future direction. Asset management for all Computers, Printers as well as software is supported/updated by BCI’s Help desk engineers. is repaired.
